Garcia, 28, shined for Texoma last year before signing for Boise. Now off to the Cosmos.

Garcia, 28, made his bones in his home state of Texas with short stints with both Rio Grande Valley FC and El Paso Locomotive FC in the USL Championship, where he essentially served as backup or third string. In 2025, he joined first-year USL League One side Texoma FC where he played in 24 of the team's 30 regular-season games.
It was there he became a standout despite the expansion side's stuggles, earning USL League One Player of the Month honors in May 2025 and setting league records for penalty saves. Garcia joined AC Boise this past January but hasn't seen the field as he's been sitting as the team's third-choice option.
